A personalized 1-on-1 strength training session tailored to your fitness goals. I’ll guide you through every movement with proper form, corrections, and modifications as needed — ideal for beginners or those training for performance.

Program Design / Hybrid Coaching

One 60-minute strategy session (in-person or virtual)

Recommended check-ins every 3–6 weeks

Perfect for independent clients who want expert-designed programs and periodic check-ins. Includes a custom workout plan, guidance on progression, and accountability support between sessions.
